Whether exploring new destinations or spending long hours in transit, these exercises will help you find moments of tranquillity, release tension, and stay centred. Embrace the benefits of yoga on the road and make your travels a holistic experience for mind, body, and soul.

Mountain Pose (Tadasana): Stand tall, grounding your feet firmly into the ground and reaching your arms overhead. This pose helps improve posture, balance, and overall body awareness.

Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II): Take a wide stance with one foot forward and the other turned sideways. Extend your arms parallel to the ground, with your gaze over the front hand. Warrior II strengthens the legs, opens the hips, and promotes stability.

Tree Pose (Vrikshasana): Stand on one leg and place the sole of the other foot on the inner thigh or calf, avoiding the knee joint. Bring your hands to a prayer position at your heart. Tree Pose improves balance, focus, and stability.

Forward Fold (Uttanasana): Stand with feet hip-width apart and fold forward, bringing your hands to the ground or reaching for your shins. This pose releases tension in the hamstrings, stretches the back, and calms the mind.

Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana/Bitilasana): Start on all fours, with your hands under the shoulders and knees under the hips. As you inhale, arch your back and lift your tailbone (Cow Pose). Exhale, rounding your back and tucking your tailbone (Cat Pose). This flowing movement improves spinal flexibility and releases tension in the back.

Seated Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana): Sit with your legs extended in front of you, bend one knee, and cross it over the opposite leg, placing the foot on the ground. Twist your torso towards the bent knee, placing the opposite elbow on the outside of the knee. Seated Twist improves spinal mobility and digestion.

Corpse Pose (Savasana): Lie flat on your back, arms relaxed by your sides, palms facing up. Close your eyes and focus on deep, mindful breathing. Savasana promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and rejuvenates the body and mind.
